Total KICKBOX (TKB) has been in existence since 2017 ,Initially branded as TRINI KICKBOX. Training in an Open Park Area with just One client,we were able to garner interest with our Niche style of fitness. Shortly after, we were able to have a Set Studio Gym Space where we currently conduct all our Training sessions.
Total KICKBOX (TKB) is a fitness Kickboxing Brand that is geared towards using kickboxing techniques to Empower Women, Men and Children, physically and psychologically.
We offer services such as Kids & Teens kickboxing classes. This promotes Self Confidence,Discipline & Bravery.
